The Extension Experience
What you really need to know!
Hair Extensions can truly be a life-changing experience, but it is also a commitment and an investment. Vanity House is passionate and dedicated to giving you the hair you have always dreamed of. Extensions can be a wonderful option for many people, but we do require a complimentary consultation to ensure that this is the right journey for you!
Vanity House offers many different types and combinations of extensions for your everyday needs, however we also specialize in hair systems for those who might be experiencing hair thinning, loss, or severe damage. We are here to give you confidence so that when you enter a room the last thing you are worried about is your hair!
Weft style Extensions.
Hair extensions come in so many different Types, and there are two styles of Weft Hair Extensions, Machine Tied, and Hand Tied. Both of these styles are long strips of hair that are sewn across the head onto a beaded foundation. Machine Tied Wefts are more affordable but can be a little more bulky, while Hand Tied Wefts are a larger investment, but they lay extremely flat to the head and are lighter on the hair.
Weft Extensions are a Great option for a wide range of clients!
Individual Style Extensions.
There are three different styles of individual extension, K-Tip, I-Tip, and Tape-ins. Both K-Tip and I-Tip are extremely versatile. They are amazing for active lifestyles that love to wear their hair up. These two methods are fairly time consuming to have installed but give luxurious results! Tape-in hair extensions are a very quick installation and give great blended results, however they are not as easy to wear in a ponytail.
Extension Pricing.
Extensions are an investment. It’s important to Know that with good Care, Extension hair can last between 6 months to a year.
Extension prices vary quite a bit depending on method, desired length, and the desired thickness.
Typical full head applications with the cost of the hair can range from $1,000 to $2,000 or in some cases more. Not every client needs a full head application, we can customize extensions just for fullness, or to add some color, so a consultation is a much better way to get an accurate quote.

yes!
while most traditional extension methods are not viable for those with hair thin enough to see the scalp, or sections that completely lack in hair, we offer methods that are specifically tailored to these exact hair loss complications.
our Combline method is perfect for filling in the top, crown, hairline, or bang areas that are thinning, and may be too thin for traditional methods. Combline is an undetectable individual method of extension where we can get extremely close to the top without seeing any bulky attachment points.
Mesh or mesh-less integration are methods that can be applied to ares that have no hair whatsoever. in this method we create a foundation that bridges over any hairless areas by connecting to the bordering hair. this foundation can have extensions applied to it to, or toppers applied to it for custom coverage!
